We will ask you to provide a copy of the following documents so we can verify and validate things on our side:
Trade License/Business Registration
Tax certificate (if applicable)
Emirates I.D
Power of Attorney (if applicable)
Trademark certificate (if applicable)

Furnots will provide you with an online portal where you can manage your order, stock levels and even promotion of your products. You will also receive email notifications whenever you get a new order. It is imporntant to note that you will need to confirm each order recieved before the customer is charged.

Yes, partners can pause orders at any time by setting their brand as not active, it can be enabled by following the same steps.

Your first payment will be 45 days after you go live after which, you will receive payments from Furnots every 2 weeks.

Once you become a Furnots partner, you will have a dedicated account manager who will assist you in boosting your orders and revenues on the platform. Additionally, you will be granted access to Furnots's Vendor Portal, where you can find more details about the platform's operations and logistics, training materials, and the ability to manage your listings.

Some of our items come with warranties, which are explicitly outlined in the product descriptions, along with the respective warranty durations. Each brand and retailer maintains sole responsibility for the products they feature, governed by their own product-specific policies.

Yes. We Try Our Best To Ensure The Same Prices As In Store Prices. If, By Any Chance, You Find That The Price Is Less At The Brand/Retailer’s Own Shop, Please Inform Us. The Prices Online And In-Store Are The Same. However, In Some Cases, We May Have Online Exclusive Offers And Discounts.

You Can Cancel At Anytime Before The Order Is Confirmed. However, If It Is A Custom Made Item, You May Not Cancel. A Cancellation Of Custom Made Items Can Only Be Made In The Case Of A Defect Or A Detail Which Was Not Agreed Upon In The Initial Request. You will be infromed in the poduct details wether or not it is Custom Made or Not

Every product is accompanied by its distinct return policy, accessible within the product details. Please be aware that the return policies may vary among different brands and retailers.

We follow very strict rules with our brands/retailers to maintain an up to date stock whith, this means that any product you see on the app is available. If by any chance an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made to the customer.

Since each brand has their own rules, this may not apply to all of them, however, there are some general rules that are followed by most of our brands/retailers: The Customer Has The Right To Replace Or Return The Product Within 14 Days From The Date Of Purchase. The Product Must Be In The Same Condition It Was In When It Was Purchased, Suitable For Storage, In Its Original Form With All Its Accessories. If The Refund Request Is Accepted, The Amount Will Be Returned To The Customer’s Account Within 6 Working Days (By Returning An Amount With The Same Card Used For The Purchase Or A Transfer To The Bank Account Of The Same Customer) In The Event Of A Defect In The Products, Or If It Does Not Conform To The Specifications Approved In UAE, These Products Can Be Returned. In The Event That Replacement Is Not Possible, The Product Will Be Returned And The Brand/Retailer Is Obligated To Refund Its Price According To The Value Stated On The Sales Invoice. The Customer Has The Right To Exchange Or Return When The Conditions Are Met, Even If The Goods Were Purchased During The Discounts (Discounts) Licensed By The Ministry Of Commerce And Industry, And In This Case The Value Of The Product Mentioned In The Purchase Invoice Is Considered And Its Price Returned In The Same Way Used When Buying. The Customer Cannot Return Or Exchange The Goods In The Following Cases: If The Product Is Non-Refundable By The Brand/Retailer And/Or It Is Handmade Or Custom Made. If The Consumer Is Aware Of A Defect That Already Exists In The Product(S) At The Time Of Purchase And Bought It As It Is If The Specifications Or Packaging Of The Goods Or Merchandise Prevent Their Replacement Or Return, Whether The Goods Are Damaged Or It Is Impossible To Return Them To The Condition Of Purchase, Which Prevents Them From Being Resold When The Goods Are Damaged Or It Is Impossible To Return Them To Their Original Condition If The Consumer Misuses, Damages, Or Incorrectly Installs The Goods If The Product Cannot Be Installed Again, Or If There Are Missing Accessories Or Components With Or Without Carton, Or With Torn Packaging, Which Must Be In The Same Condition In Which The Customer Purchased Them. Any International Shipping (Outside The UAE) Is Non-Refundable All Personal Care Products Such As (Bed Covers, Blankets, Sheets, Towels, Mattresses...Etc.)
